How to Return Your Order

Please follow these steps so that we can process your return quickly and easily:

• 1. Enter Tracking Number and Postal Code (Zip Code)
  Register your return in our system by entering your tracking number and postal code.

• 2. Select items
  Select the items you wish to return.

• 3. Upload pictures
  Upload pictures of the items you want to return to document their condition.

• 4. Purchase the return label
  Pay for the return label directly through our system.

• 5. Wait for approval
  Your return will be reviewed and approved within 24 hours. Once approved, you’ll receive the return label via email (please check your spam folder as well).

Important Information About Returns

• Return period: Returns are only possible within 14 days of delivery.

• Unopened condition: The 50ml bottle must be unopened. This does not apply to the samples. These can be opened and used.

• Returning samples: For our “Try it First” service, the test samples must be returned along with the full-size bottle. If the samples are not included, we will charge €8.90 per missing sample.

• Bundles:

• If you return a fragrance from a bundle of 3, the bundle will automatically be downgraded to a bundle of 2.

• If you return two fragrances from a bundle and only keep one, you will be charged the standard price for the remaining fragrance.
