How returns work with us

Please follow these steps so that we can process your return quickly and easily:

• 1.  Enter the tracking number and zip code
  Register the return via our system by entering your tracking number and zip code.

• 2. Select items
  Select the items you wish to return.

• 3. Upload pictures
  Upload pictures of the items you want to return to document their condition.

• 4. Purchase the return label
  Pay for the return label directly via our system.

• 5. Wait for approval
  Your return will be checked and approved within 24 hours. You will then receive the return label by email (please also check your spam folder).

Important notes on returns

• Return period: Returns are only possible within 14 days of delivery.

• Unopened condition: The 50ml bottle must be unopened. This does not apply to the samples. These can be opened and used.

• Returning samples: With our “Try it First” service, the test samples must be returned together with the bottle. Otherwise we charge €8.90 per sample that is not returned.

• Bundles:

• If you return a fragrance from a bundle of 3, the bundle will automatically be downgraded to a bundle of 2.

• If you return two fragrances from a bundle and only keep one, you will be charged the standard price for the remaining fragrance.
